Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team will process and prepare your order for shipment via Skynet.
Order processing takes 2 - 3 working days. Please note that this does not include weekends or public holidays.
If there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Kindly allow additional days for delivery.
If there is long delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries via DHL Express. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
