Are your products authentic?
All of our product is original.
Do I need to create an account to order?
Yes, you would need to create an account to place the order.
How do I place an order?
Once you have logged in, you can add the product to the shopping cart. After that, you would need to checkout and proceed with payment.
If I order now, when can I get the parcel?
Order process will take up to 1 - 2 working days. Delivery would depends on the courier's delivery schedule. Estimate would be up to 3 - 5 working day for West Malaysia and up to 5 - 14 working day to East Malaysia.
Which courier did you use?
Our courier partner Skynet will handle shipping within Malaysia.
How do I track the parcel?
We will provide the tracking number to your email address once the parcel is ready. Alternatively, you can track the parcel here.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment we only ship to Malaysia address. We are planning to add the international shipping option in the future.
What is Pre-Order?
Pre-Order is an advance order items that are not yet released at our physical or online shop. We will notify you once the items have arrived.
I received an incorrect item / There is an item missing from my order. What can I do?
Kindly send us an email regarding the order and our support team will assist you.
Is you online store same the the physical store?
The online store handled by another department different from the physical store. The order process is also different. If you have any enquiries for online store, you can send us an email at toysbarretail@gmail.com.
