Returns

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened / unsealed and in the same condition that you received it. Your product must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Non Returnable Items

We are unable to process refund or exchange the following items:

  • All Trading Card Game (Booster Pack / Box / Starter Deck / Single / Sleeve) 
  • Wafer Pack / Box

We do not accept any return or refund due to a change of mind.

We reserve the right to reject any return, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.


Refunds

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

In some cases, we may offer store credits as an alternative to refunds. Store credits can be used for future purchases on our website.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly, which may involve replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the product and availability.


Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
